Membership Conditions, etc.

1. Membership fees shall be determined by the Board of Directors. Any change thereof shall also be determined by the Board.
2. No membership fee, once paid, shall be refunded.
3. Dues for Overseas Allied Member : US$100 for two years (+US$20 for bank charges if applicable)
4. The term of membership shall be from January 1st to December 31st the year after next. There will be no pro rata reduction for Overseas Members joining at any time after the start of the membership year.
5. Membership will automatically lapse if membership fees are not received before the period of membership expires.
6. Membership fees can be exempted mutually when this organization and an overseas travel association agree to reciprocal membership.

1. Please download and complete the Application for JATA Overseas Allied Membership 〔PDF〕 〔Word〕and submit it to JATA via postal mail,facsimile (+81-3-3592-1268) or e-mail oam@jata-net.or.jp　(via PDF／Word).Please attach an enlarged copy of the business card of the contact in your organization.

2. After receiving the completed application form, an invoice will be issued for payment of membership dues.
3. Upon receipt of payment,the application will be submitted to the JATA Board of Directors for final approval.
4. Once the application is approved, we will send a certificate of membership.
