These are companies and organizations located outside Japan closely related to the travel industry, often working in the transportation and lodging sectors that understand and support the activities of JATA.

Below three categories are within Japan only. Members are obliged to have license/head office in Japan

Active Members

Active members are travel companies which participate in the Compensation Security Bond System and are authorized by the Commissioner of the Japan Tourism Agency as First Category or by the Governor General in prefectures across Japan as Second and Third Category Companies.

Associate Members

These are companies and representatives of travel companies which join JATA to receive information about travel market trends and other member services provided for our members.

Domestic Allied Members

These are companies and organizations closely related to the travel industry, including companies from the transportation and lodging sectors that understand and support the activities of JATA.
